Encounter Lakes
Encounter Lakes is a man made saltwater lake situated along Bartel Boulevard. This venue provides a safe environment for the following activities:- Sailing, Kayaking, Windsurfing and Surf Education. A lawned area overlooks the sandy beach and lake and a rotunda provides some shelter. Toilet facilities are available and there is a café across the road. It is in close proximity to Kent Reserve, another aquatics venue, ideal for snorkelling.
