Bodyboarding for beginners

Sunsmart

Victor Harbor Aquatics recommends students come to programs with the following sunsmart Personal Protective Equipment:

* Long sleeve tops and knee length shorts.

* Sun protective hat that cover face, head ears and neck.

* Broad Spectrum sunscreen SPF 30+ covering face,ears, neck, back of hands and top of feet.

Victor Harbor Aquatics will if possible:

* Provide available shade for students while listening to safety briefs and lesson plans.

* Provide short intervals between sessions to allow students to re-apply sunscreen and access drinks.

* All students wear full length wetsuits to aid in sun protection.
